Part-Time Handyman / Property Maintenance Operative
We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with the maintenance of shared residential properties.
Duties will include:
* General property repairs and maintenance
* Basic plumbing and electrical tasks
* Painting and decorating
* Carpentry and fitting work
* Garden and exterior upkeep
* Responding to maintenance issues in shared homes
* Ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained
Requirements:
* Previous handyman or property maintenance experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and solve problems
* Own tools and transport desirable
* Good communication and time management skills
* Reliable, trustworthy, and professional attitude
Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours to suit the right candidate.
Location:
Portsmouth and surrounding areas
Pay:
Competitive rate, depending on experience.
