Delivery Driver
Apex require a delivery driver to add to an already growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-time delivery of Kan-Ban, unloading goods as per customer specifications. Putting Kanban bins onto their racks in the specified positions and taking away empty bins for replenishment.
Working 40 hours per-week in a Fast-Paced environment.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure that products meet their needs.
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods.
The Person:
- Full clean driving license is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment essential
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative.
- Must be motivated and have a good eye to detail.
- Enthusiasm and ability to learn with a “can-do” attitude.
- A fork lift licence would be beneficial however training can be provided.
- General understanding of computerised systems.
