Night Manager
Location
We are based in Ravenscar overlooking the beautiful Robin Hoods Bay. Due to the location of the property and the timings on breakfast shifts own transport is essential for this role.
Role
Grand Villa Heights is looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who can work independently in the role of Night Porter. Domestic or commercial cleaning experience and bar experience are highly desirable but full training will be given.
This a full-time role. Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the hotel and its contents are always clean and safe.
- Meeting the standards of hygiene and cleanliness as set by management to satisfy legal and obligatory requirements.
- Supporting the bar team towards the close of daily operations, clearing down
- Post service remedial cleans of dinner items, clean, prepare and set the venue for the following day’s events.
- Ad-hoc tasks such as room inspections and minor maintenance duties.
- Excellent rates of pay and benefits including staff discounts.
- Flexibility, some weeks are busier that others, a happy disposition would be a real bonus.
- Live in available for the right candidate/s
