We are seeking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury and new build residential properties across London.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management within a UK estate agency. If you do not meet this requirement, your application may not be considered.
This is an in-person (no hybrid or wfh) , full time and permanent hands-on role suited to someone who understands the expectations of high-value assets, demanding tenants, and fast-paced estate agency environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of a residential portfolio (luxury & new builds)
- Handling mostly tenant-related queries efficiently and professionally
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance issues and contractors
- Managing compliance requirements ( EICR, EPC, selective licences, etc.)
- Organising check-ins and check-outs
- Handling deposit returns and disputes
- Coordinating cleaning and end-of-tenancy works
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Ensuring properties are maintained to premium presentation levels
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring systems are up to date
- Chasing rent payments where necessary
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- CRM and Organisational Skills: Learn and master all our CRM systems to track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity.
- Inbox Management: Organise emails to ensure no enquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements; report to the Head of Property Management.
- Snagging and Handover: Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties.
(Note: Landlord communication is primarily handled by a dedicated team member)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management within a UK estate agency (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Experience managing high-end / luxury properties or new build developments
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple properties
- Confident handling tenant communication and problem resolution
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Professional, polished approach suitable for a premium client base
Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
