Junior Telesales Assistant
We are looking for a confident and motivated Junior Telesales Assistant to join our growing renewable energy company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, has a positive attitude, and wants to develop a career in sales. You will support our sales team by contacting existing and potential customers, helping to arrange appointments, following up enquiries, and keeping customers informed about our renewable energy services.
The role will include:
Calling customers and potential customers on behalf of the sales team
Following up new enquiries and previous conversations
Helping to book appointments for the sales team
Keeping customer records up to date
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Learning about our renewable energy products and services
Supporting the team to increase sales opportunities
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident on the phone
Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic
Motivated by targets and earning commission
Reliable and well organised
A good communicator
Willing to learn and develop within the company
Interested in renewable energy and sales
Previous telesales or customer service experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
