Hunters are working with a well-established independent estate agency in Brighton seeking a
Property Manager to join their friendly and fast-paced lettings team.
Property Manager - The role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately:
- Ensure properties are accurately marketed with up-to-date photography and listings
- Coordinate rental terms with landlords
- Support the letting process from instruction through to tenancy start
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Communicate professionally with prospective tenants and landlords
- Manage tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Prepare check-in packs and coordinate tenancy move-ins
- Oversee tenancy progression through to deposit return stage
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues
- Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords
Property Manager - The person
- At least 1 year's experience in property management or estate agency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and administrative skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
Property Manager - Essential requirements
- Minimum 1 year property management / estate agency experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a car for work
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Flexibility during peak student letting season (Aug-Sept)
