We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Assistant!

As a Commercial Administrator, you will be an essential support to the Commercial Manager and the wider business, producing detailed reports, analysis, and insights. You’ll work closely with both sales and operational teams, helping to improve performance and identify commercial opportunities across our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Power BI (Insight) to build and distribute reports to Sales and Operational teams.
- Producing detailed commercial analysis and performance dashboards.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement (e.g. lapsed customers, key account reviews, underperforming asset classes).
- Supporting regular weekly and monthly reporting processes.
- Analysing target adherence across teams and identifying gaps in performance.
- Providing commercial insight to support operational decision-making.
- Assisting in the preparation of customer account reviews and commercial performance summaries.
- Collaborating with the Commercial Manager on projects and strategic initiatives.
- Supporting with rebate tracking and related performance metrics.
Role is based in our Support Office- Birchwood Warrington

We’re looking for a data-savvy, commercially aware individual who’s excited to grow their career within a forward-thinking business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas required; advanced skills a bonus).
- Experience using or a willingness to learn Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgement to inform decisions.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to working across teams and departments.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and enthusiasm for learning.
Desirable (not essential):
- Previous experience in a commercial, finance, operations, or business analyst role.
- Background in service, logistics, or rental sectors.
