Drivers & Workshop Engineers Required ASAP!

Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd are looking for reliable, experienced and hard-working Drivers and Workshop Engineers to join our new branch in Corby.
We are a fast-growing company supplying high-quality cleaning equipment for hire and sales to customers across the UK. We supply scrubber dryers, sweepers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, floor scrubbers, wet vacuums, floor polishers, escalator cleaners, chewing gum and graffiti removal machines, plus much more.
Our main brands include Karcher, Tennant, Taski and Numatic.
We are looking for experienced people who are confident, practical and able to work as part of a busy team. A full clean UK driving licence is mandatory for this role. Previous experience is also required.
Roles available:
Drivers / Delivery Engineers
You will be responsible for delivering and collecting cleaning equipment to and from customer sites, ensuring machines are handled safely, presented professionally, floor tested, repaired and delivered on time.
Workshop Engineers
You will be responsible for helping maintain, repair, clean and prepare machines ready for hire, sale and customer delivery.
Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering and collecting cleaning equipment from customer sites
- Loading and unloading machines safely
- Cleaning, checking and preparing machines
- Diagnosing and repairing basic faults
- Carrying out maintenance and workshop repairs
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries, collections and repairs
- Supporting the workshop and engineering team
- Speaking with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring machines are ready, presentable and in good working condition
Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving licence, mandatory
- Previous experience in a similar role, mandatory
- Mechanical, electrical or engineering experience
- Good practical skills and problem-solving ability
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience with cleaning machines is an advantage, but not essential
