Here at LNV Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Management consultant to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in analysing business requirements and processes, recommending industry best practice solutions, and supporting project management initiatives for various clients.
Responsibilities
· Analyse organisational structures, business functions, workflows and operating models to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
· Gather, document and evaluate business requirements using appropriate analytical and research techniques
· Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of business data to support strategic and operational decision‑making
· Assess the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, systems, risk and compliance
· Work closely with development and operational teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
· Liasing with stakeholders to ensure effective communication between business teams and technical teams regarding proposed solution
· Support on planning and implementing complex solutions to clients from different industries
· Develop practical, data‑driven recommendations to improve business performance, productivity, service quality or cost efficiency
· Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, business cases and executive presentations for senior stakeholders
· Advise managers and clients on the implementation of change initiatives, including process redesign, system adoption or organisational transformation
· Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings to communicate findings and agree solutions
· Monitor outcomes of implemented recommendations and provide follow‑up analysis and continuous improvement support
Skills Needed
· Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills
· Ability to assess organisational structures, processes, performance and develop evidence‑based business recommendations
· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior leadership
· Report writing and presentation skills for executive‑level audiences
Experience Required
· Between 3 - 5 years of experience working as business analyst in complex transformation environment
· Experience analysing business processes, operating models or organisational performance
· Experience producing business cases, reports, dashboards and recommendations
· Experience supporting or advising on business change or transformation initiatives
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent professional experience in business, management, finance, economics, IT, engineering or a related discipline
· Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis) are desirable but not mandatory
