The setting supports pupils who require a more tailored approach to education, often due to behavioural or emotional needs.
In this role, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Help manage behaviour and engagement
- Support pupils in re-engaging with education
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff

Requirements:
- Experience with SEMH or behaviour preferred
