Nursing Home Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: £73,500 per annum (90,000 including performance related bonus)
Our valued client is recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium to large nursing home in Bradford. The home has a Good CQC rating, strong links with local hospitals. You will be supported by an experienced senior team and a stable workforce, allowing you to focus on maintaining and improving performance rather than turnaround.

The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and clinical performance of the service. You will ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy, staffing, and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain and improve CQC standards and compliance
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets
- Develop and lead a high-performing team
- Build effective relationships with local healthcare partners and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing a medium to large nursing home
- Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and occupancy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable, but not essential
- Stable career history with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
