JOB PURPOSE
The Design Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Oregon Design Department along with the operational activities of the wider business.
The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous eye for detail and demonstrate a strong work ethic, while collaborating with the Design Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Issue standard correspondence on behalf of Design Department.

Upload and maintain Oregon FrameIT system - sales order processing, design data and settings within Oregon FrameIT system.

Generate weekly documents including reports and KPI's from Oregon FrameIT system.

Create and manage job folders, house types, and plot entries.

Link specifications and request necessary certifications.

Attend pre-start meetings and maintain site records.

Maintain stationery supplies and provide reception cover when needed.

Print and distribute site, factory, and manufacturing drawings.

Assist designers with drawing collation and issuance.

Ensure accurate and timely input of project details.

Provide general administrative support to Design Team.
Essential

Proactive and self-motivated.

Highly methodical with good attention to detail.

Computer literature in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Power Point, Excel.

Willing to learn new IT skills including Oregon's bespoke FrameIT system.

Organised and methodical.

Good communicator and confident to deal with other members of the team.
