We are seeking a skilled and professional Qualified Nail Technician to join our team on a full-time basis in London. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and customer service, with the ability to deliver exceptional nail treatments and enhance clients’ overall experience. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and well-maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Promote additional services such as makeup application or retail products when appropriate
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Nail Technician recognised by relevant industry standards
- Proven experience in performing various nail treatments and designs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients in English
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, including makeup application, is desirable but not essential
- Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
