We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate chefs to join an exciting new food hall project in Bristol City Centre.
We are looking for chefs specialising in a variety of Asian cuisines including:
- Chinese
- Japanese
- Korean
- Thai
- Malaysian
- Filipino
- Vietnamese
- Sri Lankan
- Indian / Indo-Chinese
- Other Asian street food concepts welcome
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new high-footfall food hall in a prime city centre location with a curated mix of food operators and strong customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Assisting with menu development and kitchen operations
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring consistency and quality of food presentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook within Asian cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Food hygiene certification required
