WB Employment are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with a full UK driving licence (Category B) who are confident driving 3.5-tonne vans.
This is a varied and hands-on role, where the majority of your time will be spent working in the warehouse, with occasional driving duties delivering products to customers.
The role is approximately 70% warehouse work and 30% driving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys warehouse operations but is also comfortable carrying out local deliveries when required.
Shift Times:
08:30 – 17:30 - Monday to Friday , plus every other Saturday morning - 8am to 12.00.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and professional individuals who can work well as part of a team while delivering excellent customer service when making deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing incoming deliveries
- Booking goods accurately onto internal systems
- Picking and packing customer orders using pick sheets
- Replenishing stock and supporting with inventory checks
- Identifying and reporting damaged or missing stock
- Delivering products to customers using a 3.5T company van
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Using warehouse scanners and equipment correctly
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Category B)
- Confidence driving a 3.5-tonne van
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with strong time management skills
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
