We are currently experiencing a very high volume of supply and PPA cover work across our network of schools in the Halesowen and wider Dudley area. To meet this thriving demand, we are seeking a dedicated, full-time KS2 Primary Teacher to provide vital cover across Key Stage 2 classes (Years 3 to 6).
Because you will be supporting multiple vibrant school communities across the region, being able to drive and having your own transport is super important for this role. Key Responsibilities
As our KS2 Cover Teacher, you will be the driving force behind maintaining teaching continuity for our older primary learners:
- High-Quality Delivery: Deliver planned lessons across diverse KS2 classrooms, ensuring seamless learning in line with the national curriculum.
- Regional Adaptability: Travel efficiently between local school sites around Halesowen and Dudley to meet our high-demand cover needs.
- Inclusive Classroom Management: Instantly establish a positive, structured, and stimulating learning environment rooted in respect, focus, and collaboration.
- Adaptive Teaching Approaches: Tailor your delivery on the fly to meet the diverse academic and emotional needs of individual pupils across Years 3, 4, 5, and 6.

What We Are Looking For
- A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for and experience in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Essential).
- High adaptability, strong behavior management, and enthusiasm for stepping into different classroom environments.
- Strong alignment with an ethos of inclusive, child-centered education.
