Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our clients therapeutic children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Registered Manager or a passionate Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Home
- Therapeutic EBD home in a beautiful and peaceful setting
- Registered for 3 young people, currently operating as a solo placement
- Stable and sustainable placement with a settled young person
- Dedicated and fully staffed team already in place
- Staff trained in PACE and trauma-informed approaches
- Clinical Psychologist involvement with monthly clinical oversight
- Positive working relationships with the Local Authority
- Responsible Individual support already established
Due to ongoing growth and development within the organisation, the current Registered Manager is transitioning into a Responsible Individual position, creating this exciting opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within children’s residential care
- Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 qualification completed or currently being worked towards
- Experience supporting children and young people with EBD needs
- A genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for young people
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with professionals and external agencies
- Enthusiasm for developing and supporting staff teams

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
