Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Diversity & Inclusion Manager to champion our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role is vital in shaping our company's culture and ensuring our values are reflected across all levels of the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Program Development:
To design and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the company. Align these programs with business goals, develop policies to support underrepresented groups, and drive cultural transformation at all levels of the company.
Recruitment and Retention:
They collaborate with the People Team and leadership to create equitable hiring practices, develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent, and implement retention programs that support career growth for employees from all backgrounds.
Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions on unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive workplace practices. Educate employees on the benefits of diversity and foster understanding and acceptance of inclusion policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track diversity metrics, analyse workforce data to identify gaps, and report progress to senior leadership. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of programs and recommending improvements based on employee feedback and measurable outcomes
Employee Engagement and Resource Groups:
Manage employee resource groups (ERGs), foster communities that support diverse populations, and engage with external partners or community organisations to enhance inclusion efforts
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills.

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
