**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary requirements are met
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers as appropriate
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures is advantageous
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
