We are looking to recruit a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician to complement our existing service team.
The successful candidate will be based in Glasgow to service and maintain portable fire-fighting equipment for our extensive customer base in the area. BAFE qualification would be an advantage however, we will provide further training under the BAFE registered technician scheme.
Key responsibilities:
The position demands a high degree of customer awareness and a professional approach in delivering excellent service. Duties will include but are not limited to;
· carrying out maintenance in line with relevant British Standards
· advising on fire safety recommendations
· developing customer relationships through service excellence
Skills required:
· excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· ability to work as an individual and part of a team
· previous customer service experience
