Bid Coordinator
Location: Didcot
Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
A growing professional services organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality bids, proposals, and tender submissions. This role works closely with business development and operational teams to coordinate opportunities from initial qualification through to submission and outcome tracking.
Key Responsibilities for the Bid Coordinator
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities across online portals and frameworks.
- Coordinate the preparation, formatting, proofreading, and submission of bids and proposals.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
- Maintain bid trackers, project schedules, and proposal documentation within internal systems.
- Support reporting and continuous improvement by analysing bid outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
Key Requirements of the Bid Coordinator
- Previous experience in bid coordination, proposal support, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Excel.
