Field Service Engineer - Sheet Metal Machinery
Location:East Anglia(UK and occasional Ireland travel)
Salary:£32,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + OT + company car + Christmas shutdown period +door to door + expenses covered
Working hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm (Variable)
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support a range of sheet metal machinery across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities

CNC machine breakdown response and fault finding

Planned servicing and preventative maintenance

Machine installations and commissioning
-
Electrical and mechanical repairs

Customer support and technical troubleshooting
Requirements
-
CNC machine tool service or maintenance experienceparticularly with Laser cutting machines, press brakes, sheet metal machinery

Strong electrical fault-findingskills
-
Good all-round mechanical knowledge

Experience with drives, motors and control systems

Ability to diagnose faults effectively

Manufacturing or industrial machinery experience preferred
-
Programming experience is beneficial but not essential

Salary £32,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Overtime after 5:30pm paid at Time + ¼
