HiStory Hospitality are seeking a talented and dependable Night Chef to join the kitchen team within a prestigious luxury hospitality environment. Working overnight,you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food for late-night dining,overnight room service,and early breakfast preparation,while ensuring the kitchen is fully organised and ready for the morning team.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie,Senior Chef de Partie,or Night Chef within a luxury hotel,fine dining restaurant,or high-end hospitality environment

Confident working independently during overnight shifts while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency

Experience preparing late-night room service,overnight dining,and breakfast mise en place to the highest standards

A passion for premium ingredients and delivering outstanding food across every service

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks throughout the night

Experience in stock management,food preparation,food cost control,and maintaining accurate records

Excellent understanding of food safety,hygiene standards,and kitchen health & safety procedures

Highly reliable,self-motivated,and proactive,with the ability to work calmly under minimal supervision

Hailing from Nottingham,Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred chef who opened his first restaurant,Restaurant Story,at just 26. His distinctive approach earned a Michelin star within five months of opening,followed by a second star in 2021.
Tom trained with some of the world's most influential chefs,including Tom Aikens in London,Thomas Keller at the three Michelin-starred Per Se,and René Redzepi at the two Michelin-starred Noma—all before the age of 21.
More recently,Tom opened Story Cellar,a Parisian-inspired rotisserie restaurant,followed by Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair,offering a sustainably driven,produce-led menu of reimagined European classics.
