We are a well-established company specialising in PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across both facilities management, commercial and domestic works. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi Trader with a strong Painting & Decorating bias to join our team.
Job Title: Multi Trader – Painting & Decorating Bias
Location: Leeds Based – Mobile
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Weekly pay
Contract: Temp to Perm

What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out painting and decorating works across commercial and domestic properties
- Completing preparation works including filling, sanding, patch repairs, and making good
- Undertaking general multi-trade maintenance tasks as required
- Completing both planned and reactive maintenance jobs
- Travelling to various client sites (occasional overnight stays required – fully expensed)
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism on site
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Multi Trader or maintenance role
- Strong background in painting and decorating
- Experience in additional trades such as basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, or general maintenance
- Own tools required
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
