Söderberg is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced pizza and brunch chef to join our coffee shop & sourdough pizza/brunch restaurant in the Quartermile, Edinburgh. We have a traditional stone pizza oven where we make Swedish style sourdough pizza alongside a Scandi inspired breakfast & brunch menu. We are looking for between 25-30 hours a week
The successful candidate must have
Experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen and have pizza experience. You must be confident working alone and within a team and working in a fast pasted environment. Be organised, clean and follow a strict procedure process of EHO standards.
The successful candidate should have one or more of the following
- 1-2 years kitchen line experience. Working in a fast paced organised environment
- 1 year making pizza or brunch items
- Experience in EHO standards
