We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker for our client based in Newtownabbey/Mallusk. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Newtownabbey | £12.71 – £13.80/hour (Permanent: £29K–£32K)
12-hour shifts | 2-week rotation (Days & Nights)

What You’ll Do
- Work on a fast-paced production line, ensuring products meet quality standards
- Operate machinery (full training provided)
- Perform quality checks to maintain high standards
- Support with general warehouse tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Good spoken and written English
- Able to pass a short Math & English aptitude test during induction
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Progression
- £12.71 – £13.80/hour to start
- Permanent salary: £29,000 – £32,000/year
- Overtime available to boost your earnings

Shift Pattern
