You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered support, helping individuals live as independently and confidently as possible — even in more complex or challenging situations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering Positive Behaviour Support in line with care plans
- Supporting with personal care, daily living and social activities
- Providing emotional reassurance and promoting independence
- Driving and accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
What you’ll need:
- Level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care
- Experience in a care environment (including challenging behaviours)
- Full UK driving licence (confident driving larger vehicles)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Availability to work alternate weekends
