We're looking for a talented Head Bartender to join the team at The Bath Arms, our busy country inn on the edge of the Longleat Estate.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced bartender who loves the energy of a busy pub, takes pride in great service, and is ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you're already leading a bar team or you're a strong bartender looking for more responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
The Bath Arms is a thriving pub with sixteen bedrooms, a bustling restaurant, a popular terrace and a loyal local following. The bar sits at the heart of everything we do, serving great beers, classic cocktails, premium spirits and a warm welcome from morning through to night.
As Head Bartender, you'll work closely with the management team to lead day-to-day bar operations, maintain high standards, support and train the team, and help create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading from the front during busy services while developing the skills needed to progress into wider management opportunities in the future.

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
