Dental Laboratory Assistant (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Laboratory Assistant to join our growing and dynamic dental laboratory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to be part of a modern dental laboratory supporting high-quality restorative and implant dentistry.
The Role
Your role will be mixed between different areas of the laboratory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Mixing and pouring dental plaster models
- Trimming and articulating models
- Duplicating models
- Assisting with 3D printing workflows
- Staining and glazing ceramic restorations
- Cleaning and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Supporting the ceramists and wider laboratory team
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Communicating effectively with colleagues
- Assisting with general laboratory organisation and workflow
- Performing basic administrative tasks where required
This is an important support role within the laboratory and would suit somebody who is reliable, practical, organised, and eager to learn.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental laboratory or dental environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Full training will be provided.
