Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education, communication, and helping young people develop essential life skills?
We are working with a leading Leicester college to recruit enthusiastic and engaging Graduate Enrichment Tutors to deliver a range of enrichment programmes to students aged 16-19.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education whilst leading interactive sessions that develop students' confidence, critical thinking, communication skills, and future readiness.
The Role
As a Graduate Enrichment Tutor, you will facilitate planned enrichment sessions across the college's two city-centre campuses. Students choose an enrichment programme and attend one 70-minute session each week over a 12-14 week period.
You will be provided with session plans, resources, and guidance, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and meaningful experiences for students.
Working hours are approximately 8:40am – 4:20pm, Monday to Friday, with a 40-minute lunch break.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging enrichment sessions to groups of post-16 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage participation, discussion, and independent thinking.
- Support students' personal development and confidence.
- Monitor attendance and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum leaders and college staff.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of enrichment programmes.
We're Looking For
- Graduates from any degree discipline (particularly English, Media, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Law, Humanities, or Social Sciences).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking to groups and leading discussions.
- A passion for supporting young people.
- Excellent organisation and professionalism.
- Aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, or education professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
