Job Role: Landscaper Operative (Fencing & Hard Landscaping)
Location: Banwell, Somerset
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £14.24 – £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Landscaper Operative with some fencing and hard landscaping experience to join a growing team working on ongoing projects in Banwell, Somerset and surrounding areas.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced landscapers delivering fencing and hard landscaping works across construction sites, show homes and sales complexes. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience looking to develop their skills further within a professional team.
Duties
- Assisting with installation of fencing including close board, concrete posts and gravel boards
- Supporting installation of gates, railings and knee rail fencing
- Carrying out general hard landscaping works such as decking and timber structures
- Working on show homes and sales complexes across construction developments
- Maintaining high standards of work and attention to detail
- Supporting the wider team with general site duties and landscaping tasks
Requirements
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience in fencing or hard landscaping
- Basic understanding of construction site work
- Good attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work as part of a team
