Zebedees are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy high production catering business in Laughton, between Hailsham and Lewes (and we offer free transport!) We are the UK’s leading nursery meals provider, providing up to 13,000 high quality, nutritious meals a day for nursery children across the South East.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be required to:
- Operate a large commercial dishwasher as part of a team
- Clean the kitchen and ensure cleanliness is of a high standard
- Do some vegetable prep where needed
You should be able to:
- Work with recurring tasks in a high-volume role
- Work in a time pressured and sometimes stressful environment
- Have previously worked in a similar setting
- Work as part of a team
- Be flexible according to the needs of business
