What We Offer
- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £60k+
- Year 2 OTE: £80k+
- Year 3 OTE: £100k+

The Role (What You’ll Do)
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment process:
- Business Development - Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
- Client Consulting - Advise businesses on hiring strategy and market insights
- Candidate Sourcing - Identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, outreach, and networks
- Relationship Building - Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Process Management - Manage interviews and offers end-to-end
- Account Management - Grow and maintain existing client relationships
This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.
No prior recruitment experience is required - we provide full training from day one.
