Elevate Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives and expand our client portfolio across the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with project, estimating, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Previous experience within the construction, engineering, or building materials industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Full UK driving licence is desirable.
