Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Bermuda (Relocation from England Supported)
Salary: $91,588 Bermudan Dollars (approx. £68,000, subject to exchange rates)

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for a prestigious healthcare provider in Bermuda. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and rapid decision-making in critical situations
- Utilise the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Act as a patient advocate, communicating effectively with patients (where appropriate), families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Initiate and actively participate in patient care conferences and clinical reviews
- Ensure safe, efficient, and appropriate use of equipment and clinical supplies
- Supervise, direct, and support other nursing and healthcare support staff as required
- Take on in-charge responsibilities when required
- Maintain professional development through continuing education, clinical literature, and professional engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
- Current registration (or eligibility) with the Bermuda Nursing Council
- Minimum of 2 years continuous recent experience working in an ICU setting
- Critical Care Nursing course certification required
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred (Emergency Nurses Association)
- IV Therapy certification
- Strong experience in patient assessment essential
- Demonstrated clinical competence in critical care environments
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and public holidays (35 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
- $91,588 Bermudan Dollars (approx. £68,000, depending on exchange rates)
- Relocation support of $5,000 (paid in first month’s salary; flights deducted if applicable)
