Place Farm House is a 23 bed residential home set in the beautiful residential area of Patcham. It has been established for 34 years, priding ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents. The home had a major renovations carried out throughout the building, completed in 2025 and has great facilities to work in. The home is in walking distance of good bus route's and the London Road (A27).
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in care and is able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents. The person must have the ethos to give the best of themselves in their work and add to the culture of our excellent team. You must have had previous care experience, preferably in a care home setting.
We strive to provide a supportive environment to work within, with management available daily to support you and allow you to thrive as a carer at Place Farm. There is the opportunity to do NVQ's in Health and Social care and we always look to promote from within if you have further ambitions in care.
We have a close knit team who know the home and this contributes to Place Farm being an enjoyable and fun place to work and provide care.
