We are building a specialist Mobile Security Response Unit tasked with protecting high-value private residences, discreet estates, and high-net-worth clients across South Manchester’s most exclusive postcodes.
This role is for individuals with presence — people who naturally command respect, stay composed under pressure, and are physically and mentally prepared to act decisively when required.
You will operate as part of a rapid-deployment mobile team, delivering visible deterrence, proactive patrols, and immediate response to incidents. This is a role where professionalism, fitness, and awareness genuinely matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-visibility mobile patrols across ultra-prime residential areas
- Deliver rapid alarm response and first-on-scene assessment
- Perform perimeter sweeps and secure access points
- Act as a professional deterrent presence
- Liaise discreetly with private clients and control teams
- Complete accurate incident reports and operational logs
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgement
Highly Valued
- Exceptional physical conditioning and presence
- Athletic or strength-based background (regular gym training strongly advantageous)
- Previous experience in mobile response, residential security, or VIP environments
Due to the operational nature of this role, candidates with a strong physical build and confident bearing are particularly well suited.What We Offer
