Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Location: Chesterfield
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £33,000 – £35,000) + Incentives +mileage allowance + pension
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a busy, high-performing independent, well established Estate Agents branch in thriving Chesterfield.
This is an excellent role for someone looking to take the next step in their property career, working within a vibrant market that offers a diverse range of properties and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years’ experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator
- Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (or ability to quickly build this)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Able to work one in three Saturdays

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturdays 9am to 1pm ( 1 in three)
