Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter/Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Duties
- Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
- Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before delivery or customer collection
Use specialised cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including janitorial duties as required
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any damages or issues needing attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Drive company vehicles as needed to transport vehicles between locations or to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during vehicle cleaning processes
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or vehicle detailing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Driving experience is preferred, with a valid driving licence required for operating company vehicles
- Customer service skills are highly valued to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Organised with an eye for detail to achieve high-quality finish on all vehicles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
