Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Must be available for weekend evening shifts until 4am
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods.
- Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
- A keen understanding of food safety practices is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour towards customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
