We have a fantastic opportunity for Laser Operators to join our clients team based at their site near to Alsager!
Our client is a large fabrication company that prides itself in being able to offer stable, long-term employment in the area. Having been successful year upon year they are now looking to expanding their Laser team.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis, therefore meaning, you'll be employed directly by the client on a full time permanent contract.
Weekly pay + Joining bonus!
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of our clients Laser team responsible for the set up and operation of Trumpf CNC laser cutting machines.
You'll also be required to read from technical drawings and perform quality checks on work produced.
Reading from technical drawings and CAD layouts, you'll be required to deliver on each products requirements.
Our client has a busy pipeline of work, with a number of varied contracts secured for years to come, providing both variety of work and stable, long-term employment.
Hours:
You can pick from a fixed early shift, late shift or rotating earlies and lates.
Earlies:
Monday - Thursday 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs and Friday 06:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
Lates:
Monday to Thursday 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs and Friday 12:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
Rotating:
Week 1 - Monday - Thursday 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs and Friday 06:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs and Friday 12:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
Overtime is always on offer, paid at an enhanced rate.
Pay:
£32,000 - £40,000 per year depending on skills/experience.
+ £2000 singing on Bonus.
WEEKLY PAY - PAID EVERY FRIDAY.
Skills/Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 2 years Laser operation experience, preferably operating a Trumph CNC laser machine.
