The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of and continuously improving the RFLPS and RFL Group Capital portfolio reporting function, including the maintenance and development of the RFLPS digital Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool. The role will also be accountable for flow of reporting and information through RFLPS and RFL Group Business Case and Capital Project governance process.
The post holder will support further development of the PPM tool which is the reporting foundation for all of the large-scale and complex projects the RFLPS CPMO supports. The post holder will play a supporting role in improving delivery assurance, help identify and manage risks and dependencies, and improve connections between the programmes and the rest of the organisation.
The post holder will improve both the PPM functionality and the quality of reporting and data analysis and options appraisal including, but not limited to forecasting trends, project performance and delivery statistics and producing management options
