Mobile Forklift Service Engineer (Field Service)

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Forklift Service Engineer to join a growing field service team covering the Essex area.
The Role:
- Service, maintain, and repair forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Diagnose faults on diesel, LPG, and electric trucks
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Attend breakdowns and complete on-site repairs
- Work on hydraulics, brakes, steering, drive systems, and electrical systems
- Complete service reports and provide excellent customer support
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience working on forklifts, plant, HGV, agricultural, construction, automotive, or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Able to work independently in a field-based role
