Head Chef Pizzaiolo
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per year + Performance Bonus
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef Pizzaiolo to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional authentic pizza and Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest food quality standards.
Prepare and supervise the production of authentic pizzas using traditional techniques.
Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and performance.
Control food costs, stock management, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Develop new menu items and contribute to the continuous improvement of our food offering.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Pizza Chef, or Senior Pizzaiolo in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of dough fermentation, pizza preparation, and Italian cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Food Hygiene certification is preferred.
