About the Role
Join our Private Client Department and play a key role in supporting fee earners to deliver exceptional service across wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who is a strong administrator, highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities:
· Acting as the first point of contact for client
· Supporting onboarding, conflict checks, and engagement documentation
· Coordinating appointments and managing correspondence
· Assisting with legal admin across private client matters
· Drafting routine documents and maintaining accurate case files
· Supporting estate administration and liaising with third parties
· Assisting with billing, compliance, and audit preparation
About you:
· Strong administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred)
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· High attention to detail and IT proficiency (MS Office)
· A proactive, flexible, and client-focused approach
· Interest or experience in private client work is advantageous
