We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful Sherwood Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about creating outstanding early years experiences for children, families, and staff alike.

Your Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
Inspire, support, and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain exceptional standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance
Promote the nursery to prospective families and support occupancy growth
Create a warm, positive, and inclusive nursery environment where children and staff thrive
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
At least 3 years’ nursery management experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education
Experience leading and motivating teams
A positive, customer-focused approach with families and staff
A commitment to continuous professional development

Shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
