Job Summary
TKstairs is one of the UK’s leading staircase manufacturers. We manufacture in excess of 120 staircases per week and deliver throughout the UK from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Hull. We are a family business and have built a reputation for producing a quality product, with our award winning online staircase design software at the fore front of our business, simplifying the process for customers to order. Our aim is to produce the best quality stairs using the best quality materials at competitive prices.
We have an exciting opportunity available to become part of our team as an Accounts Assistant based near Beverley in East Yorkshire working on a part time basis. Experience in some form of accounts software would be preferable with Xero experience preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Sales invoicing
- Checking purchase invoices
- Taking balance payments
- General administration tasks
- Liaising with different departments
- Dealing with customers questions via telephone and email
This role would suit somebody who is good with numbers, has good attention to detail and a methodical and hardworking nature. As well as an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
