Summer Chef de Partie Required
Part Time/Full time
We now hiring! Having served the highest quality fish & shellfish for over 150 years this presents an attractive opportunity to join one of Britain’s favourite seafood restaurants.
All dishes, stocks, sauces, garnishes, desserts, mise en place items are created from scratch. You`ll be working as part of a brigade of 8 chefs and 3 kitchen porters.
A successful candidate will have:
· Good product / ingredient knowledge
· Sound knife skills
· High self motivation
· Desire to work in fast paced environment
· Desire to support and assist others in brigade
· Passion for delivering to a high standard
· Desire to further own knowledge and career
