Job description
On a day to day basis, sharing the responsibility of running The Cheese Shed with the other deputy managers.
Maintain smooth running of shifts, ensuring efficient behaviour of the team.
Training and ongoing development of staff. All staff are to be trained in the utmost level of customer service - this is our top priority.
Report to management in all daily aspects of the running of the Cheese Shed and reporting any problems and daily issues to the General Manager.
Maintain accurate reports including the rotation and management of stock.
Adhere to organisation policies and procedures.
Deputise for the General Manager in their absence.
Running of small scale events within the Cheese Shed.
Build and nuture relationships with our customers in the local community.
Set an example for team members of commitment, organisation, work ethic, habits and personal character.
The applicant must be willing to work regular weekends, however there is no evening work required. Working hours will be from 8am - 4pm.
Experience in a similar position within the catering industry is required (to include barista skills).
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
