This isn't your typical graduate scheme. It's a real Business Development Manager role where you'll work on one of our global B2B events from day one.
Over six months, you'll receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience while developing the commercial skills needed to build a successful career in sales.
If you successfully complete your six-month probation, you'll move into a permanent Business Development Manager role.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Fluency in German or Italian is welcomed but isn't essential.

Tell us about a time you persuaded someone to change their mind or do something they were initially reluctant to do. What was the situation, how did you approach the conversation, what objections did they have and what was the outcome?
02 | Commercial Awareness
What's the most interesting business, commercial or consumer trend you've noticed, read about or experienced in the last year? Why did it catch your attention and what do you think businesses can learn from it?
03 | Resilience
Tell us about a time something you cared about didn't go to plan but you had to keep going anyway. What happened, how did you respond and what did you actually do the next morning?
